Well... as you all know I moved to Tampa in Nov. of last year. It was a great move and I hae been enjoying the great weather, the people, the beach, and ll the outdoor activities that I always want to do and can't do because it was too cold to do them! I have been investing also in real estate and have bought a few condos and houses that I am renting. That site above is also a good resource for that and I found a few flippers on there. Flippers are houses you buy at pre-construction and flip 'em when they're done for a quick profit. Real estate is still relatively cheap here so this sort of thing is quite do-able here.

If you've been following my medical career... truth is... I wasn't accepted at Georgetown and I bummed for a few months dancing and waitressing till I decided to move to Florida. I gave up nursing and medicine altogether. I still swing trade the stock market and the profits I make now I put into real estate. I am actively voluteering whenever I can. I was at Punta Gorda for a week helping out the hurricane victims. i haven't travelled lately but will be travelling again in Nov thru Mar. Maybe Canada... but you all should really move here!!
